suitable for everyone. May not e suitable for very young children.

film.
15

18
Suitable only for persons of Eighteen years and over.
'TBC'
This is not an official rating. Some of the films listed may not have been given a rating at the time we added them to the listing. Some of the cinemas do not provide a rating for films that are shown occasionally, such as art films, international films and documentaries. In such cases you can always search for the film on the BBFC's web site to find out the rating.
In our clip I think that our Target Audience would be 15 certificate as there is violence in the clip however there is no swearing, We also want to target towards the 15 years old audience as it is a youth drama and the actors are around the same age, we wanted it to be aimed at a specific target audience and not a wide market as different ages like and prefer different scenarios therefor we wanted a niche market.

Research for Film
I looked at three different films all of the same genre. This was to give me an idea of the steorotypical things that happen in a thriller film. The films I looked at were the Ring, Blair witch Project and The Grudge.
Blair Witch Project.
For the first Clip we filmed we decided to have missing photos of the people who had dissapeard in the woods when they had gone camping during the summer, this is where we got the idea from as they had missing photos, we also decided that we would film in the forest as i thought it would be a scary place to be at night as it it dark and you cannot see anything.
The Grude was the second film, this is where we got the idea of having a haunted house as we soon realised that we would not be able to film in the forest as we did not have the right equipment, we couldnt see anything as it was too dark and the weather made it harder for us to film. thereofre we decided to go with the idea of a haunted house.
